Air Service

The Foremost Community airport has a 914.63-meter (2,999.99 feet) runway and all weather facilities. 

Commercial and freight services are available in Lethbridge, 417 Stubb Ross Road, 114km West of Foremost. As well as Medicine Hat, 49 Viscount Avenue Southwest, 106km Northeast of Foremost.

Highways

Connecting highways include highway 61. Highway 61 leads East passing through Etzikom, Orion, Manyberries. Highway 61 can take you to Elkwater (Cypress Hills Provincial Park) via highways 889 and highway 41.

Highway 61 also leads West passing by Skiff, Wrentham. Highway 61 can also lead to Lethbridge via Highway 4, bypassing Stirling.

Highway 879 also leads North and South out of Foremost. Highway 879 leading North takes you to Bow Island, Medicine Hat, Seven Persons Via Highway 3 heading East. It can also take you to Taber, Coaldale, Chin, and Lethbridge via Highway 3 heading West.

Highway 879 leading South takes you to Writing-On-Stone, Aden, Aden Boarder-Crossing to the United States of America. Highway 879 also leads to Milk River via Highway 501, Coutts Boarder-Crossing via Highway 501 and Highway 4.
